We appreciate your respect of our cancellation and late policies.
- All new guests are required to provide a valid credit card number to reserve all appointments. A 30% deposit will be required.
- If on the day of your appointment you decide to shorten your service, a portion of your deposit will be kept to reflect the change.
- In the event you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully request that you do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservations. Services longer then 90 min ~ require 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled , less than the timeframes listed will be charged 30% of the cost of the services scheduled.
- Should you arrive late to your appointment, your service will be modified to maximize your remaining service time without compromising the next appointment.

- Your stylist will determine the length of time it takes to perform your hair service.
- We encourage all new clients as well as smoothing service clients to schedule with our front desk team to ensure you are booked for the perfect service at the ideal time.
